Fosters Cup
The Fosters Cup was an idea originated over a few casual beverages after yet another decidedly dull lecture.
All teams in the latest Pro Evo (for tournament 5 we are using Pro Evo Soccer 2012) for the PSP are divided up and split between the 2 players (Richard and Jim) and then a series of qualifying matches followed by knock-out matches are played. If both teams belong to the same player, then they select their favourite and try to take that team through with the other one trying to knock out the better team. We tried using Pro Evolution Soccer 2008 on the PS3 but the playability was so poor we decided to stop playing that tournament.
"Why do this?" I hear you ask. Well - why not do it? There is a prize up for grabs, and that is a crate of Fosters with the loser being the one who buys the winner the crate. In the good nature of the game it is expected that the crate will be shared once won.
We are currently playing through Tournament 5.
